Principles: Our viewpoint What is the definition of principles?
Definitions: A rule or standard, especially of good
behavior: a man of principle.
The collectivity of moral or ethical standards or
judgments: a decision based on principle rather than expediency.
Business Now at Any Cost. Our focus is getting results utilizing principles of moral and ethical standards. The solutions that we will develop with your organization are based on the facts and matters at hand and they are fully executable on a sound judgment basis. There is nothing worse than to have information/plan that is inconsistent with the moral fiber, or the intellectual sensibilities of the organization. We want to work with only the best. The best in class in their field, market, and in their approach to business. Shortcuts are something that you did on the way home from elementary school. Shortcuts are not something that you want to have happen in your organization. Our group is attune to many of the "short cuts" in the business. We are not here to judge, but to offer up areas where better judgment be applied and how it might be grafted into the organization. Intellectual modeling. Intellectual modeling is the process of taking the talent base of the personnel that you have and leaving behind a model/footprint that can be used by those individuals. Our results also yield scalability. The models and results can be scaled to fit the organization and the resources. Developing a business plan for a $200 million business versus a new business is not that different in process or procedure. Yet, it is extremely different when considering resources and the accompanying tactics.
We do not have all the answers... We will be the first to recognize our limitations. The "we can do it all" comment is not only irresponsible, but counterproductive to both our organizations. Our trademarked LEARN3™ process goes beyond being a "catch" phrase. We are committed to following a path. The journey is only one part of being a consultant. At the end of the journey, as a consultant, you will need to make a recommendation that can be implemented. Too many consulting organizations come up with a solution(s) that out strip the capabilities and resources of the organization. Great ideas and plans are those that get the acceptance of the organization by involvement. Hibbard Inc. is committed to making a difference in your business. Please contact us at Info@HibbardInc.com, or call at 925.570-0775. We look forward to talking with you and your organization. ©HibbardInc.2002 All Rights Reserved |
